Balance wheels made of Titanium.

Focusing on high end tooling and part holding process balance wheels made of titanium fabricated in-house using milling machine.

After milling, I used a lathe to ensure the wheel’s roundness.

To achieve a beautiful technical finish, I pressure-polished the edges, giving them a sleek, polished look to enhance the appearance but also to minimizes friction.

In terms of design, I opted for thin spokes, as they align best with my aesthetic, striking a balance between elegance and functionality.
